• 2009 "International German Training Award 2009": cooperation project with DEKRA for AUDI AG; contractual cooperating partner of DEKRA Qualification GmbH
• 2015 Ilona Dittner (formerly Harun) becomes a partner in com motus Partnership.
• 2021 Integration of com motus into the then IGEP Leaders Academy GmbH, successfully established since 2005, under the leadership of Ilona Dittner.
• 2025 Rebranding to com motus Leaders Academy GmbH, with Ilona Dittner continuing as Managing Partner.
